Hey guys back again! Sorry to keep you waiting so long for an update! Things have been crazy and I have been all over the place. Now that I got some peace and quiet I thought I'd share with you how things are going!
Currently I'm now sitting at 169 lbs. I've been dieting for 5 weeks now and have only lost 7-8 lbs. BUT... During the past 5 weeks I feel I put on some muscle mass due to two reasons... I feel fuller AND I'm getting stronger. So... I'm hoping this slow progression is due to gaining some muscle. I do feel MUCH leaner but the stomach area is being a bit stubborn! Anyway here's some progress pics.
Please keep in mind that prior to taking these pictures I consumed 1200 calories in carbs in my last 3 meals. That's almost a pound of rice with each meal!

So yeah, sorry I look fat. Usually I take pics in the morning on an empty stomach (the natural look). So if you're thinking I look fat, keep in mind I seriously consumed a butt load of rice! =D
